Aloha , Last year, the real estate market returned to what we consider a more normal and balanced market. While sales activity has slowed recently in part to increased mortgage interest rates, we believe that 2023 will be a year of great opportunity for both buyers and sellers. Buyers who are ready to act quickly when a property meets their needs and budget will benefit from less competition. Sellers who price their property appropriately and make any necessary fixes in advance to listing will be able to generate strong buyer demand.
